a Hello! How are you. 你好！怎么样。: bNot too well! I’m just to the doctor. I haven’t been feeling too well.. over the last few days.
我不舒服！我刚去看医生了。这几天一直不舒服。
a What have you got? A cough? A cold? 你怎么了？咳嗽？感冒了？: bThat’s the funny thing. I don’t what’s wrong with me. I just feel exhausted.

a Perhaps you’ve been working too hard. You do have a high-pressure job. 或许是因为你工作太用功了。你的工作压力确实很大。: bMaybe. I haven’t been able to keep my food down either. That’s unusual.

1. not too well 不太舒服
如果别人询问你时，你情况不错，则可以说“not bad”。
例句：
