1. not at all 根本不……
例句：
This is not at all an innocent picture.
这根本就不是一幅天真的画。

2. look well 看起来起色不错
相当于appear well, seem well, feel well（主观感受）。
例句：
You don't look well, you're okay?
你的脸色不太好,没事吧?

3. be sick 生病
相当于be/fall ill。
例句：
The sick man did not endeavor to get better.
那病人没有努力使自已的病情好一点.

4. at the very beginning 刚开始的时候
例句：
At the very beginning, when I went shopping, I always brought enough cash with me.
一开始我出去买东西总带足现金。

5. begin with 以……开始
相当于start with，反义词为end with。
例句：
I'd like to begin with a disclaimer.
我得先来个免责声明。

6. perspire出汗
近义词为sweat，名词为perspiration。
例句：
