此处，a little= speak a little English，相当于一个形容词，“一点点的”
也可作为副词。
例句：

3. Can you tell me how to get to ...? 你能告诉我某地怎样走吗？
例句：
I am a newcomer here. Can you tell me how to get to Haidian District?
